- In-person showings are allowed (should be limited to the Realtor® and Buyers)
- Brokerage office capacity limited to 10% of staff
Safety Guidelines for In-Person Showings
- Wear a mask and gloves
- Require the use of hand sanitizer
- Avoid touching surfaces
- Practice social distancing at all times
- Wipe down all surfaces touched after each showing
- Consider contactless showing prep (turn on lights, open doors, etc)
- Leverage tech to minimize in-person showings
